We have gathered some weird, bizarre and wackiest trends from Instagram beauty this year which include nose art, brow art and all the spaces which are between it. Here is a list of some trends for you.
1. Fishtail Brows
We should never doubt the power of beauty influencers when it comes to creating a new trend which is related to brows. We have seen the fishtail brows made by the Hudda Kattan and inspired her 30 million followers to do the same. Needless to say it was weird to look at as it was to do it.
2. Heart-Shaped Nail Art
It is like a Valentine’s Day nail art. The nail artist Park Eunkyung showed the internet how you can do so many things if you put your mind towards it just like relationships. This manicure involves cutting and shaping acrylic nails into the shape of hearts then glued to the person’s nails and then painting them.
3. Halo Brows
This brow is also known as reverse unibrow. The halow brow somehow makes its bearer look like an angel and a devil at the same time. This also defines that the limits of the innovations of an artist cannot be measured. The creator of this trend is 16 year old Hannah Lyne who explained that she was motivated and influenced by the fishtail brows.
4. Half-Long, Half-Short Hair
This bob haircut surprised the internet as no one got to knew if the haircut was a long haircut or a short haircut? Does it look like a fancy lampshade or a jellyfish? Well, you can say what ever you want, it was created by a saloon owner and Wella global brand ambassador, Darren Ambrose, with razor blades, tape-in extensions and a lot of courage.
5. Glittery Soap Brows
If you are thinking of products which should be used to make this bro, the list includes a spoolie, a gel and a soap. Thanks to a 21 year old girl, Holly Aldous – she brushed her brows with bar soap which to achieve a look of feathers and then she applied lip topper on her brows to add a glittery look. The final look of the brow resembled Kira Kira filter.
6. Wave Brows
The Dutch makeup artist, Rebekka Theenaart. has taken the trend of brows to another level by putting her art in the trend. She did this by her Hokusai-inspired wave brows. She explained that this trend is a result of an accident when she accidentally combed her brows in a wave and decided that she would make a look around it. She shaped the hairs with soap and then used white and blue liquid lipstick to paint on each wave.
7. Sunburn-Inspired Eye Makeup
In 2018, a makeup artist Terry Barber created a sunburn that Allure editor approved. They used creamy red and violet shadows in M.A.C’s Pro Eye Palette in The Romantic to make an eye look like a sunburn aroun. The look was not so pleasant for the viewers.
